Ox-Eye Daisy Leucanthemum Vulgare is a short-lived perennial from native to Europe. Ox-Eye Daisy seeds can be started indoors or directly outdoors in spring of fall. Also known as  Oxeye Daisy, Field Daisy, Marguerite, Moon Daisy, and Chrysanthemum Leucanthemum, Ox-Eye Daisy is a beautiful flower and one of the toughest perennial wildflowers that features foliage with thick, leathery leaves and produces pure white daisy flowers with mustard-yellow centers that is individually borne on single erect stems. Ox-Eye Daisy blooms are rich in nectar, and its flower are loved by pollinated insects including attract bees and butterflies. 

Ox-Eye Daisy is one of the first wild perennials to bloom in any meadow, and this robust perennial flower is widely grown along roadsides, in cottage and wildflower gardens, cutting gardens, containers, flower beds and borders. The Leucanthemum Vulgare seeds can be planted anytime, and Oxeye Daisy will bloom extremely early and very profuse in first spring after germination the season before. Ox-Eye Daisy tolerates drought and makes a long lasting cut flower.
