Pimpernel Blue Anagallis Monelli is a tender perennial native to Europe. Pimpernel Blue seeds can be started indoors 8-10 weeks before last frost, and also commonly called Poor Man's Weather-Glass, this Anagallis Monelli variety grows low to the ground blooming with masses of showy blue flowers. Blue Pimpernel is great as a ground cover, border and rock garden flower, pot and container plant.
