Sedum Spanish Stonecrop Sedum Hispanicum is a perennial succulent plant native to to southern and central Europe and southwestern Asia. Also commonly called Blue Carpet Stonecrop, this Sedum reaches only a few inches in height and forms a dense mat of blue-green, succulent foliage with tiny, fleshy, and needle-like leaves that tinge purple in cool weather.
