Periwinkle Dwarf Pink Little Delicata Catharanthus Roseus is an evergreen, herbaceous, perennial shrub native to Madagascar but naturalized in most tropical and subtropical regions, and also known as Vinca Rosea this flower is common worldwide as ornamental plant. It takes only 10-14 days for Periwinkle Dwarf Pink Little Delicata seeds to germinate, and if Vinca seeds are started indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost, flowering will start earlier.
