Lobelia Blue Mrs. Clibran Lobelia Erinus is a herbaceous perennial plant native to southern Africa. Lobelia Blue Mrs. Clibran seeds can be started indoors 10 - 12 weeks before the last frost or planted directly outdoors in spring. In most climate zones, Lobelia Erinus is grown as an annual plant. Lobelia Blue Mrs. Clibran blooms all summer long, and the mounds of extremely showy and bright, blue flowers create the stunning display of blue color.
